Says US, India, Israel form 'satanic alliance' against Muslims

Rejects Rs55 hike in petroleum prices, urges PM not to allow using official vehicles above 1300cc

KARACHI: MARCH 7: Engr Hafiz Naeemur Rehman, Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, has said that the Government of Pakistan should immediately withdraw from the “Gaza Peace Board.”
He warned that if the rulers do not exit the forum themselves, they would be forced to do so through public pressure. He expressed these views while addressing an “America and Israel Murdabad” public gathering and iftar event organized by the JI in Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi, here on Saturday.
He said that both government and opposition parties, as well as the ruling elite in Pakistan, are not prepared to offer resistance. He said that the United States, India, and Israel form what he described as a “satanic alliance” that has joined forces against Muslims.
He added that if Muslims remain entangled in sectarian differences, their enemies will continue to target them. He stressed that given the current national and international situation, unity and collective struggle are necessary against what he termed anti-Islam and oppressive global powers.
Hafiz Naeemur Rehman also rejected the increase of Rs55 in petroleum prices, urging the Prime Minister to announce that no government officer should be allowed to use an official vehicle with an engine capacity above 1300cc. He questioned why the government did not reduce fuel prices when global oil prices had declined. “Even before new petroleum supplies have been purchased, the government has imposed a massive increase in prices,” he said.
Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman further said that the United States supplied weapons to Israel for bombing Gaza. Referring to a past statement by former U.S. President Donald Trump, he said Trump had once said that weapons were provided to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and that they were used effectively. He expressed regret that at the same event Pakistan’s Prime Minister had spoken about nominating Trump for the Nobel Prize.
He said that by violating international laws and disregarding humanitarian values, the United States and Israel were continuously bombing children, women, and the elderly in Gaza and had now launched attacks on Iran as well. He added that despite what he described as the martyrdom of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Iranian nation was continuing to show patience and resilience.
He also said that Israel had restricted its citizens from recording videos of missile strikes. He described the holy month of Ramadan as a month of revolution, unity, and solidarity, reminding the audience that the Qur’an was revealed in this month and calls for unity and the elimination of hatred.
Other speakers at the gathering included Jamaat-e-Islami District Gadap Ameer Muhammad Irfan, President of the Public Aid Committee Gadap Abu Zia Parvez, and others. Meanwhile, District Deputy Ameer Tariq Rehman presented a resolution on the international situation. The resolution stated that the United States’ actions—holding talks while allegedly carrying out attacks—constitute open terrorism. It also claimed that civilians in Iran, including 168 schoolgirls, were targeted and that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was among those targeted, with reports of casualties including a 14-month-old granddaughter.
Muhammad Irfan, addressing the gathering, said that Israel and the United States were killing Muslims on the basis of religion and that around 80 percent of Gaza had been destroyed. He added that the U.S. now aimed to destroy Iran as well. He praised Hamas fighters for continuing resistance against Israel and said that the people of Gaza had strengthened their children through Qur’anic education, which had fostered resilience.
Abu Zia Parvez, in his speech, highlighted local civic issues in Gulshan-e-Maymar. He said the area was turning into ruins and residents were being deprived of clean drinking water. Despite population growth, water supply was being reduced. He alleged that the ruling authorities had destroyed Karachi and Sindh over the past 17 years, adding that the town chairman in Gadap from the Pakistan Peoples Party was unwilling to perform his duties.
