What happened in 1944
- Mian Tufail Muhammad was appointed Qayyim-e-Jamaat (Secretary-General) on 17 April.
- A gathering of members from northern India, Punjab, the Frontier Province, Sindh, Kashmir and Balochistan was held, with a total of 50 participants.
- The number of local Jamaats (Units) reached 53. Membership increased to 750.
- The circulation of Tarjuman-ul-Quran increased considerably.
