Financial Contribution Terms
Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan
Thank you for supporting our work. Contributions are accepted subject to the following terms, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan’s constitution and applicable law.
1. Independence and integrity
We do not accept donations tied to conditions or expectations that seek to influence our policies, decisions, appointments or candidate selection, or secure personal or commercial favours. This applies regardless of the amount offered. Donations do not confer decision-making authority, membership or office.
2. Lawful and voluntary funding
Contributions must be voluntary, from lawful sources and permitted under Pakistan’s laws. Prohibited funding is not accepted.
3. Purpose of contributions
General contributions support JI’s approved work. Donations accepted for a specified fund or project will be used for that purpose. Any change requires the donor’s agreement and necessary approvals. Zakat, Ushr and other religiously designated funds must be clearly identified and administered according to their applicable Shariah requirements.
4. Financial accountability
Contributions are recorded and administered through the authorised Bait-ul-Mal system. Expenditure is subject to the accountability arrangements in JI’s constitution. The central Bait-ul-Mal accounts are audited annually by an auditor appointed by the Central Shura, which receives the audit report.
5. Official payment channels
Use only the verified accounts and payment channels displayed on this website. Check the named recipient before paying. Contributions to Alkhidmat or another separately identified organisation are subject to the organisation’s terms.
6. Donor information
Donor information is used for processing, verification, records and legally required reporting, in accordance with the website’s privacy notice.
7. Review and payment queries
JI may decline contributions inconsistent with these terms. Payment errors should be raised through the website’s official contact channel.
