Youth & Empowerment

Pakistan's young generation should not be asked merely to wait for the future. It should be equipped to build it.Jamaat-e-Islami's approach to youth empowerment connects skills with livelihood, opportunity with character, leadership with responsibility, and talent with service. From technology and vocational education to entrepreneurship, sports, civic leadership and community participation, the objective is to help a new generation become confident, capable and constructive participants in Pakistan's future.

Opportunity Must Lead Somewhere

Youth empowerment cannot be reduced to a training certificate or a political slogan. This is the wider vision behind our youth initiatives — a meaningful youth programme must help young people

Connecting a Generation with Opportunity

Z-Connect is envisioned as a broad youth ecosystem for Gen Z and the emerging Gen Alpha generation, connecting young people with skills, enterprise, leadership, sports and constructive opportunities. It brings different pathways together so that a young person can move from discovering an opportunity to developing a capability and ultimately becoming economically independent and socially responsible.

Jamaat-e-Islami seeks to create opportunities through which young people can understand public institutions and develop the confidence and character required for responsible leadership.

See What Opportunity Can Become

“Through Bano Qabil, I started learning, growing and discovering what I was truly capable of. From having no clarity to working with clients in Pakistan, Muscat and the United States, I became a version of myself I had never imagined, but always wanted to become. Today, I have confidence, purpose and a clear path.”

From Dialogue to Action

Pakistan does not lack talented young people.

It lacks enough pathways through which talent can become capability, livelihood, leadership and service. Our ambition is to help build a generation that is professionally capable, morally grounded, economically confident, socially responsible and ready to lead Pakistan forward.
