LAHORE, Mar 20: Jamaat-e-Islami ameer and MMA president Qazi Hussain Ahmad has stressed the need for promoting and practicing the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) on the occasion of Eid Miladun Nabi.

In his message on the occasion, Qazi said love of the Prophet is the nucleus of Muslim faith, and it is the reason Europeans have attacked the center of Muslim love in order to reduce Islamic spirit from Muslims hearts. He said after failing in physical attacks and wars, the west has now made an ideological onslaught through blasphemous caricatures and gestures, which are aimed at making Muslims become used to it and then begin tolerating it after frustration.

He also condemned OIC summit in Senegal, and urged upon Muslims to get rid of their rulers who are serving western interests. He said if 56 Muslim countries had severed ties with Denmark and boycotted its products, situation would have been much different now.

Later, talking to media on Cleanliness Day in Mansoorah, Qazi said cleanliness is part of Muslim faith and in fact half faith. He expressed sorrow that Muslims have given up giving due importance to the cleanliness besides other essentials of our faith which is leading them towards degeneration.
