attacking Wapda offices.

unemployment situation and if load shedding continued it would
increase lawlessness in the country.

mostly the workers of affected power looms but involvement of anti
state elements and possibility of subversion could not be ruled out.
He said certain anti state elements wanted to destabilize country
and fail the new democratic government have grabbed this
opportunity.
Qazi condemned the destruction of public property, setting ablaze of
staff vehicles and manhandling wapda staff. He expressed wonder as
to why the police remained absent despite that the trouble continued
for several hours and miscreants roamed freely in the area. Qazi
