LAHORE, Feb 9: Jamaat-e-Isalmi ameer Qazi Hussain Ahmad and other leaders former ameer Mian Tufail Mohammad, Munawar Hasan, Chaudhri Rehmat Elahi, Chaudhri Aslam Salimi, Liaqat Baloch, Farid Paracha, Malik Ashraf and Mian Maqsood have expressed heartfelt condolence on the sad demise of renowned spiritual leader and Muslim scholar Syed Nafeesul Hussaini Shah.

In their messages on Saturday, the JI leaders said Nafees Shah enjoyed a prominent position as a spiritual leader, piety and calligraphy of Holy Quran. His followers are numbered in thousands and his death has caused a wave of sorrow among all sections of society. They said deceased rendered invaluable services for the cause of finality of Holy Prophet (PBUH) and after his departure the life has gone out of the religious gatherings.

They prayed that Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in peace and grant courage to his family and followers to bear the loss.
