ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 : Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal President and Jamaat-e-Islami Amir Qazi Hussain has termed the present Supreme Court as bogus and added that the people would never accept it.

Talking to private TV channel on Monday, Qazi Hussain Ahmad said that the masses did not trust over the present judiciary and they could not expect justice from it as the nation did not accept the judges who took oath under the Provisional Constitutional Order.

He noted that the Supreme Court judges had declared the emergency as unconstitutional and illegal on November 3 but the PCO was imposed by force of made hostage the media and judiciary and detained political workers.

Qazi Hussain Ahmad demanded to reinstate all judges who did not take oath under the PCO, Gen. Musharraf quit both office of Army and President.

He said that all political parties, activists of civil society, lawyers and media men have to agree on one-point agenda of restoration of constitution, independence of judiciary and removal restrictions on media.

He urged all political parties to unite martial law, adding that Gen. Musharraf resignation is only solution of the present crisis in the country.

The MMA President demanded of the US to stop interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan and leave the nation to take decision about its future. (#)
